Pursuant to the legislative decree of 3 September 2020, all packaging is subject to the obligation of labeling.
Packaging intended for B2B must obligatorily re-code the composition materials in accordance with Decision 129/97 / EC. All other information is voluntarily applicable.
In the case of paper, cardboard or corrugated cardboard packaging, reference is made to Annex II of Decision 129/97 / EC.
