Does the wine capsule need to be labeled, even if it weighs less than 5% of the bottle?

The capsule is always a component that can be manually separated from the main body, that is the bottle; therefore it must include environmental labeling which can be shown on the capsule itself, or if not possible, on the main body or presentation packaging, or on the label.
