Is it mandatory to affix environmental labeling on packaging sold abroad and resold in Italy through the e-commerce channel?

Pursuant to the legislative decree of 3 September 2020, all packaging released for consumption in Italy is subject to the obligation of labeling.

Therefore, in the case of packaging intended for the Italian market, environmental labeling information must be provided.
